At Mom Village, we want our membership and digital resources to feel clear and straightforward. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how membership cancellations, recurring payments, and refunds are handled.

Membership Billing

Mom Village memberships are billed on a recurring basis according to the membership plan selected at checkout.

By purchasing a recurring membership, you authorize Mom Village and its payment processors to automatically charge your selected payment method at the beginning of each billing period until you cancel your membership.

The membership price and billing frequency will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Cancel Anytime

You may cancel your Mom Village membership at any time.

Cancellation prevents your membership from renewing for the next billing period.

After you cancel, you will continue to have access to your membership benefits through the end of your current paid billing period. Your membership will not renew after that date.

There are no cancellation fees.

How to Cancel

Members who sign up online may cancel their membership online through their Mom Village account or through another cancellation option provided on the website.

If you have difficulty canceling your membership, you may contact Mom Village through the contact information provided on MomVillage.org.

Please cancel before your next renewal date if you do not want to be charged for another billing period.

Refunds

Because Mom Village provides immediate access to digital membership content, courses, downloadable resources, community features, and other online materials, membership payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun.

Canceling your membership does not automatically result in a refund for the current billing period.

We do not generally provide refunds for:

Membership periods that have already begun.
Failure to use your membership.
Forgetting to cancel before a renewal date.
Digital resources that have already been accessed or downloaded.
Partial months or unused portions of a membership.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable law.

Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you believe you were:

Charged more than once for the same membership,
Charged an incorrect amount,
Charged after properly canceling your membership, or
Charged because of a technical or billing error,

please contact us so we can review the charge.

If we determine that a billing error occurred, we will correct the issue as appropriate.

Digital Products and Downloads

Digital products, downloadable resources, printables, worksheets, planners, courses, and similar digital materials are generally non-refundable once purchased or accessed because they are delivered electronically.

If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing a digital product you purchased, please contact us so we can assist you.

Changes to Membership Pricing

Mom Village may change membership prices in the future.

If the price of an existing recurring membership changes, members will receive notice when required before the new price takes effect.

Members may cancel their membership before the new price applies if they do not wish to continue at the updated price.

Automatic Renewal

Recurring memberships automatically renew unless canceled.

Before completing your purchase, you will be shown the recurring nature of the membership, the amount you will be charged, and the billing frequency.

By completing your purchase, you agree to the recurring billing terms presented at checkout.

Ending Your Membership

Once your paid membership period ends, you may lose access to member-only features, including:

Courses.
Downloadable resources.
Member forums and discussions.
Membership-only content.
Other benefits included with your membership.
